Refunds & Returns Policy
At PB Ladies Gym, we care about member satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality services. This policy explains the conditions for refunds or returns on memberships and services:
1. Memberships
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is activated and services are used.
- No refunds apply if a membership is terminated due to a breach of the gym’s internal rules.
2. Add-on Services (Personal Training / Private Classes)
In case of no-show or late cancellation, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.
3. Transfers or Freezes
- Memberships may be frozen for a limited period (as per membership terms) upon written request or via email.
- Memberships may be transferred to another person with management approval and applicable admin fees.
4. Refund Method
Refunds (where applicable) are processed via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days.
